Join us for Global VR Day!
Saturday, November 23, 2019
XR Marin will be joining over 100 organizations worldwide for the second annual celebration of Virtual Reality Day 2019 organized by VR Voice. Global Virtual Reality Day is a worldwide grassroots effort to celebrate and to raise awareness of how VR is changing the way we live, work, and play.
XR Marin will be hosting an open house on Saturday, November 23 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Drop by to learn more about this immersive technology that is impacting the way we communicate, learn, and interact with environments, both physically and virtually. Join us along with our community partners listed below for a day of exploration and celebration at XR Marin.

Also, see how VR is being used to understand the impacts of climate change. Try the Stanford Ocean Experience (SOE), a VR experience developed by the Virtual Human Interaction Lab to learn about the causes and the consequences of ocean acidification, as well as actions that can be taken to reduce CO2 emissions.
